My best friend, Vince, drives down from Toronto every Thanksgiving to spend the holiday with us. We exchange Christmas gifts and welcome in the Christmas season.
Thanksgiving is a busy day as we have a host of friends over. Vince, almost always, helps me with the dishes. By the time we’re finished it’s well into the evening and we’re dog tired. But, we always try to end the day with mugs of spiked eggnog. It’s our reward for all of the hard work throughout the day.
