Top of the day to you! One of my favorite days of the year is almost here–St. Patty’s Day! I love the day so much because of the food. We celebrate with a culinary adventure through Europe. Garlicky Slovenian sausage atop Noodles Romanoff and Irish Soda bread fresh out of the oven. Yum! This is a fantastic, hot, hearty meal for what will probably be another cold, winter day.
Shamrocks are already adorning the entire house and hopefully the luck of the Irish will pay us a visit. I’d also welcome a Leprechaun bringing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
